We love when celebs release new music...and we love it even more when they release it to support a good cause! Well, Victoria Justice is doing just that with her new song, "Girl Up". Once Vic raises $20,000 for her charity Girl UP, she'll unlock her tune and the music video on her YouTube channel. As of right now, fans have raised $16,558 -- wowza!!
