Hey M Girls,

These days it sure is hard to keep up with Khloe Kardashian Odom! With her TV show, clothing line, and hosting duties on X Factor, Khloe is always up to something new, and her most recent gig may be her greatest yet! Khloe is the spokesperson for U by Kotex and Generation Know, an organization that helps to educate young women about their heath. Check out our exclusive interview with Khloe to hear what she has to say about the amazing cause!

M: We think it's awesome that you work with so many charities! Can you tell us about Kotex/GenerationKnow and how you got involved?
Khloe: Of course! About three years ago I started partnering with U by Kotex and for me, in order to partner with someone, it has to be an organic fit. The empowerment of women, especially young women, and providing people with knowledge about their body and to be aware about your health is so important to me. I believe in that so much and I just felt like this was the perfect fit for me.

What do you love most about the organization?
K: I really believe in it. I love that you can go to GenerationKnow.com and bust myths. This is such a social media world with people living behind computer screens. If you are not comfortable to ever ask anybody a question in person that's what U by Kotex offers with GenerationKnow.com, an outlet where you are allowed to share your story. You're allowed to bust myths, you're allowed to go on and browse. There are so many personal things that people are not sure of and even if you're too embarrassed to say it to another person, you can go on this website and it will answer those questions for you. This is something that is so remarkable; you don't have to be shy.

Was giving back something you and your family also did growing up?
K: Yes, a lot and we still do! We work closely with the children's hospital. When I moved to Dallas I worked closely with the children's hospital in the area. My father came from a very blessed lifestyle, but he was self-made. He would bring us to feed the homeless or take us to parts of town that we typically didn't see (Skidrow) since we grew up in Beverly Hills. That made us so much more compassionate for people and gave us an understanding of the world. What you see in your little bubble is not how the rest of the world lives. As a kid you don't think about others going to bed hungry and it's not just our parents who told us, they encouraged us to be actionable about it and that leaves an impression.
