Check out the ICONic Boyz on Shake It Up tonight!

Hey M Girls!

We can't wait for tonight's Shake It Up episode "Copy Kat It Up", featuring the ICONic Boyz from America's Best Dance Crew! Besides these boys showing off their awesome dance moves, the episode is about an uber-fan named Kat, who starts to copy CeCe's appearance and secretly plots to take her place on "Shake It Up, Chicago." Yikes! So, CeCe and Rocky must find a way to show Kat's true colors.

We can't wait to tune in! Catch it tonight at 8:30 PM EST on Disney Channel. Here's a clip of the ICONic Boyz dancing from the episode:

Hey M Girls!

Can you imagine if one of your biggest idols covered your song during a concert? Well, that's what happened for Demi Lovato this past weekend when Kelly Clarkson covered her hit tune, "Skyscraper"! Dem has always looked up to Kelly -- they even performed together at last year's Jingleball in NYC. We think it's awesome that Kelly would choose to sing Demi's song!

New Justin Bieber book, "Just Getting Started" coming in September!

Hey M Girls!

He can sing, rap, dance, act, make perfume AND write books. Seriously, is there anything that Justin Bieber can't do?! JB just announced that he'll be coming out with his second book, "Justin Bieber: Just Getting Started" in September! The book will include a behind the scenes look at Justin's life, including exclusive quotes and special photos -- we can't wait to read up!

In an interview, Justin spilled: "Being able to share my story with my fans through these books is an absolute privilege. I can't wait to show them more about my life on tour and in the studio in this next book." So exciting!

When she originally wrote the Hunger Games books, author Suzanne Collins actually got a lot of inspiration from a Greek myth called Theseus. She saw her story as a futuristic version of that Greek story, with Katniss as the hero -- Cool!

Pretty Little Liars recap: What would you do if you had to choose between family and friends?

Hey M Girls!

Many of the biggest shockers on last night's Pretty Little Liars started with an M! That's why this week's recap will be broken down by M moments.

1. Mona is getting texts from "A", too! This is very interesting, because many people (ourselves included) have suspected that she might be "A"! When Hanna finds out, she starts confiding in her about other horrible things "A" has done. Still, we're not totally convinced that Mona is innocent. However, she was a pretty good friend to Hanna this episode and protected her from the police, so she gets at least a few points in our book.

2. Melissa is back! Spencer's big sis is back after a long break, and she's looking guiltier than ever. Caleb uncovers a tape from the night of Ali's death and it turns out Melissa was there! Yikes! This puts Spencer in a bad position -- her friends want to go to the police, but Spencer wants to hear her sister out. Melissa says she has lots to explain, but we're not so sure we buy it.

3. Mama Montgomery is a great mother. After some super-sad Ezria moments, we thought it might be the end for their relationship. However, Aria's mom decides to hear them out. Ezria fans -- looks like there's still some hope!

4. Maya's got the cops after her? At the end of the episode, Emily gets some interesting visitors -- the police! They say they're there because of Maya, but we won't find out what the deal is quite yet. Hope everything is OK!

Wowza -- such a big episode! Be sure to check back here next week for our recap, and check out the preview to the new episode here... only 3 weeks until "A" day!

One Direction takes home a BRIT award!

Hey M Girls!

Even though it's only February, 2012 is already a he-uge year for One Direction. The boys just won their first major award -- the BRIT award, Best British Single for their hit, "What Makes You Beautiful"! Harry, Zayn, Niall, Liam and Louis beat out several other British singers, including The Wanted, Jessie J and even Adele. Congrats, guys!

After the awards, the boys all took the time to tweet their big thank yous to all of the fans who voted for them -- such sweeties!

In honor of 1D, we've been rockin' out to their award-winning tune all morning:

"What Makes You Beautiful" is now available for download on iTunes!

Yesterday was a really big day for singer Carly Rae Jepsen -- she finally got the chance to meet her number one fan and supporter, Justin Bieber. Thanks to Justin's support, Carly's song, "Call Me Maybe" has quickly climbed the iTunes charts, and JB is helping her dreams come true.

I couldn't stop daydreaming about my crush in science class one day, and I wrote a note to my BFF about him. I volunteered to pass out the homework assignment so I could leave my note on her desk. But she sits right behind my crush, and somehow the note ended up on his desk instead! I guess my feelings aren't a secret anymore. Oops!

I was grabbing dinner with my BFFs at a restaurant when I noticed my crush was sitting across the room with some of the guys from his soccer team. I decided to walk past their table on my way to the bathroom and try to catch his attention. It worked, and he totally smiled at me! But while I was looking in his direction, I walked right into the men's bathroom. My crush noticed, and his teammates cracked up laughing.

M Exclusive: The Power Rangers stop by our office!

Hey M Girls!

Alex Heartman and Erika Fong, better known as the red ranger and the pink ranger on Power Rangers: Super Samurai, stopped by the M office for a chat last week! We talked to them about their show, how they got their big break as actors, and so much more -- we had a blast!

Here are some highlights from our Q&A with Erika and Alex:

M: What can you tell us about the new season of Power Rangers?

Erika: Basically, it's going to be all new super powers and villains. We have a new bad guy whose name is Serrator. It's exciting -- tons of action!

M: Are you and your character similar?

Alex: I'm very similar to my character. Jayden is more of the quiet type, and I'm pretty much that way -- a man of few words. He's very dedicated. The biggest difference is that I don't drive a flying tiger!

Erika: I actually am. Mia is very motherly -- she's the older sister. She loves to cook, and I love to cook. But she's really terrible at it, and I can actually say I'm really good in the kitchen.

M: Have there been any pranks or funny moments on set?

Erika: There's always something happening every day. Hector and Najee, who play Mike and Kevin, are the big pranksters.

Alex: For Najee's birthday, Hector and I took all of his stuff from his bag and hid it around set. Man, he was angry at us. It was all in good fun -- we gave it all back.

M: How did you get started in acting?

Erika: I did a lot of theater growing up in Minneapolis, Minnesota. I did a little bit of modeling, and my senior year of high school, I got picked up by an agent in Minnesota and moved to L.A.

M: What advice do you have for someone who wants to get into acting?

Alex: Keep at it. Keep going, keep chugging away. It takes a long time to actually break out in the acting world. If you really are dedicated, then you have to spend a few years trying to make it.

Did you catch the Victorious episode "Andre's Horrible Girl" this past weekend? If not, (or if you're dying to see it again), tune in to Nickelodeon tonight at 6:30 PM and Saturday night at 7:30 PM for the re-air!

In the episode, Tori notices some changes in her friend Andre, whose girlfriend seems to be overbearing and controlling. Meanwhile, Jade and Cat try to earn easy money dog-sitting in Beverly Hills. This episode features a special musical performance by Victoria Justice and Leon Thomas of the brand-new song "Countdown."

The totally adorable British Youtube sensations, Sophia Grace and Rosie are at it again! They recently performed Nicki Minaj's song, "Moment 4 Life" on the Ellen Show -- we just cannot get enough of these girls!

However, Sophia Grace and Rosie weren't the only adorable duo on Ellen this week -- Taylor Swift and Zac Efron's duet could give the girls a run for their money!
