A source dished to E! that Sel is upset. "She's sad. It's hard for her. It's really good that she's with family and friends." Right now she's in Texas helping out at a Children's Medical Center in Dallas.

Next on her agenda is recording her new album! "She's going to be in the studio. That's what she's focused on," a source close to Selena spills.

Biebs on the other hand, was spotted on Sunday in NYC having a good time with friends at a restaurant. A source close to Justin reveals some promising info to E! about potentially getting back together: "They're young and in love, so you never know."

Here at the M office, we cannot believe how great all of the contestants are doing on the X Factor! Last week's episodes were some of the most exciting yet, so of course we have all the deets in our weekly X Factor Recap!

The Performances

The week's theme was "Songs From the Movies". It was the first elimination voted by the fans, and it seems the added pressure motivated the contestants to work harder than ever to give a great performance. Check out some of our faves:

Simon's Groups

There wasn't a single bad performance amongst the groups, but we totally think Emblem3's mash-up of "My Girl", "California Girls" and "What Makes You Beautiful" was one of the best of the entire night! We love their energy-- and so does Demi!

Demi's Young Adults

Of Demi's young adults, the stand out was Jennel Garcia. She rocked it out while performing "I Love Rock and Roll". We think her voice was perfect for the song.

LA's Over 25s

Demi may not think Vino Alan has the potential to be a pop star, but we certainly do! His performance of "When A Man Loves A Woman" gave us goosebumps the whole was through.

Britney's Teens

Brit has some serious talent on her team! This week we have to give it to Carly Rose and her emotional performance of "It Will Rain". We still can't believe she's just 13!

The Elimination

While we were not excited to see any of the acts go home, we were excited to watch One Direction perform on the results show! The guys sure know a thing or two about the pressure of facing elimination, so they chatted backstage with the contestants before the show! Selena has just announced that she will release a brand new album in March! Sel shared the news with Ryan Seacrest earlier today, who tweeted "Selena Gomez just told me new album in march fyi."

Earlier in the year, Selena spoke about the direction she wants her next album to go in. She said "I want it to sound very different! I want to go for producers that probably wouldn't want me to do their songs. I just want to knock on their door. I also want to work with Fun. I want to work with just different styles of music." We are so excited to hear what she has been working on!

I always feel so sleepy and I don't have any energy at school. I end up sleeping in on the weekends and my mom gets mad at me for waking up really late. My friends and I eat candy and sugary drinks at school so sometimes I have energy but most of the time, I feel under the weather. I never know what the right thing to eat is so I just bring junk food to school! How do I make myself feel better?

Think of all the fun things you are missing when you sleep in late or feel sick! Make sure you are going to sleep every night at the same time so that you get proper rest. There are tons of things you can do to make yourself feel better. Instead of snacking on candy at school, pack some apple slices or grapes to share with your friends. My personal favorite school snack is yogurt with granola and fruit--you should totes try it! Instead of sugary drinks, take some refreshing drinks with you to class---add lemon juice to sparkling water and keeping it in your bag in case you get thirsty. No soda needed here! When you add more nutrients to your daily diet, you will have more energy to do fun stuff. Instead of sleeping in late on Saturday mornings, you can hit an early bird sale at the mall or go on a morning jog with your besties! Let me know how it goes!

It looks like Taylor Swift may have had a bit of a love story during her visit to the X Factor! For a while now, Taylor and Harry Styles have flirted back and forth, but last night brought it to a whole new level. While the rest of the One Direction guys headed back home to the UK after their performance on the Today Show, Harry Styles stayed behind to watch Tay do her thing last night!

Sources tell E! News, "He watched her onstage going through her performance. He was sitting with her mom and the rest of her entourage".

The official X Factor twitter also had a few thing to say about the superstar duo. They tweeted "Together in the lunch line (Cheeseburgers) laughing & smiling was @Harry_Styles & @taylorswift13! :) #internationalpoproyalty" and "I saw @Harry_Styles throw @TaylorSwift13 over his shoulder to carry her out of her #xfactor rehearsal today! #CuteFactor" -- how cute is that?

Even Ellen is curious to know what's going on with this talented twosome. She tweeted "Hey @TaylorSwift13. I heard you might be dating @Harry_Styles. Is it true? Just between you and me."

Guess we'll have to wait and see -- but we are already Team Haylor!

Meet Dylan Hyde -- he's a total cutie! This 15-year-old singer from San Diego has an amazing voice that's worth a listen!

We had the chance to chat with the star about his personal life, singing career, and even girls!

M: What's your technique to songwriting? Do you have any specific way you go about it?
Dylan: I would sit down and usually just start playing chords and just jam and then while I'm jamming I would just start humming. I don't really hum I guess, I sing, just like random doo doo doos and la la la's and I get a melody and things start playing from there.

M: How long do you think it takes for you to write a song on average?
Dylan: I'm gonna go with about an hour, hour and a half.

M: I listened to your song "Love is". What does that song mean to you?
Dylan: I actually didn't write that song, but I'm very close to the song. What I imagine when I'm singing it to get an emotional value out of it is to kind of, for instance, girls are really insecure at this teenage age and aren't confident with themselves. They're sometimes scared of love because teenage boys are known to just hurt them. So I'm saying if you knew what love really was, what love could do... if it was real, then there's so many things that can come from it. So I describe things in the song that love really does to you. It's a very emotional song.

M: What's your least favorite subject?
Dylan:Man, can I pick all of them? I guess English because you have to write essays and doing it on the computer and trying to focus -oh man, it's terrible. It's really terrible.

M: What's your favorite song on the radio right now?
Dylan: I like One Direction, so any song by them. They're cool dudes I think. I haven't met them yet though.

M: If you could hop on a plane and go anywhere right now, where would you go?
Dylan: Fiji. I have this deodorant called Fiji spice and it smells so awesome and if Fiji the place smells anything like that, I'm living there forever.

M: Do you have any embarrassing moments you can share?
Dylan: This is really true, guys. I was in elementary school and on the playground there was a fire pole and everyone was like sliding down it looking all cool. There's bars on the side of it that are connected to the play set. I liked this one girl Ashley and this other kid named Jared. Ashley was up there and Jared was showing off to her and I was trying to - she told me she liked me so I was like "oh my god what can I do to get her to like me more!" so Jared jumps on the side bar with one hand and swings and then jumps off and I remember Ashley saying something about that's so cool! Then I went and did it with my left arm, which is not my strong one, and I jumped onto it and immediately fell and I fell and I broke my arm. It hit the concrete and broke my arm. It was so embarrassing and my arm was all broken!
