When I go for a run, I like to blast my music and pretend I'm a rockstar -- it makes running much more fun! One day I went out for a jog, and my fave song came on my iPod. I was kinda dancing along and lip-syncing, when I got to the corner of my neighbor's yard. I forgot to peek around the corner before I charged around it. I literally ran into the adorable college boy (and his dog) who lives two blocks away!

Last night at the People's Choice Awards, Demi Lovato won the "Favorite Pop Artist" award against Lady Gaga, Beyonce, Rihanna and Katy Perry -- wowza!
Demi wasn't the only big winner last night. Taylor Swift took home the "Favorite Country Artist" award and Katy Perry was named "Favorite Female Artist," even though she wasn't at the event. What a huge night!
After the show, Demi immediately tweeted: My fans are EVERYTHING to me... My world, my life... Thank you SO much for my PCA!!!! FAVORITE POP ARTIST!!! YAYYY!!! Congrats, Dem!!
Not only did Demi win, but she also gave a rockin' performance of her latest hit, "Give Your Heart A Break." We think she sounded great!

In a recent interview with MTV, Lil Twist spilled: "It's a fun record. Justin killed it. He's, like, rap-singing on it; another different sound for Justin. It's gonna be great. It's a cool summer record. It's a party song...Just me and Justin, people been waiting on that. That's my brother right there. It's been a long time coming." OMG -- we're so excited to hear it!!

It's finally here! Bella and Zendaya's first Disney Channel Original Movie, Frenemies, premieres tonight -- we're SO excited! Real-life besties B and Z play two girls with some major friend drama. When we recently caught up with the girls in NYC, they gave us tons of behind the scenes scoop!
We asked them what they loved most about their characters and here's what they said:
Bella: I love my character, Avalon! She's always on top of everything, and she's really good with words. She knows how to talk to people and how to joke around, and she's a fashionista! She's really girlie--I would say Cece (my Shake it Up character) and Avalon put together is me.
Zendaya: My favorite part about playing Halle is that she's kind of the nerd. It was kind of like a change up from Rocky (my Shake it Up character), because Rocky is very book smart, but she's more outgoing. Halle won't talk up or try to express herself. She's really quiet, and it was a fun character switch from being Rocky all the time!
